私たちは、札幌で「日本文化をもっと身近に、もっと楽しく」体験できる場所をつくりたいという想いからスタジオを始めました。

寿司、ラーメン、そして箸づくり――いずれも日本の生活や食文化に深く根付いたものです。ここでは、ただ食べる・使うだけでなく、「自分で作る」という体験を通じて、日本文化をより深く感じていただけます。

観光で訪れる方にも、地元の方にも、一生の思い出になるような体験を提供することが、私たちの喜びです。

We started our studio in Sapporo with the wish to make Japanese culture more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. 

Sushi, ramen, and chopsticks are all deeply connected to everyday Japanese life and food culture. Here, you don’t just eat or use them—you experience the joy of making them yourself. 

Our goal is to provide memorable hands-on experiences, both for visitors from around the world and for locals who want to rediscover the charm of Japanese traditions.
